when needs must.......

My best lens is away being cleaned at the moment. For those of you who have an interest in such matters it is a Canon EF-S 17-55mm f2.8 IS USM lens. It is a wonderful lens and the best I have for landscapes. So, on a recent trip down the Erriff valley I had to make do with the basic 'kit' lens that came with the camera. I was pretty pleased with these results on a rather dull day:

This cottage overlooks the field used in the film of that name, the field itself is not very interesting but the cottage is in a wonderful location.





This bridge, which I believe is called Glennacally (open to correction on that) was more interesting when explored from below than it appeared from the road.
