This technique has fallen from popularity but I still like playing with it. I was demonstrating how to do it to someone recently who was doing my Beginners' class. There was a lovely bowl of sweet-pea on the table in front of us that was strongly backlit. You never know what you will get when you do a zoom burst but I was totally blown away by the result. For me, a real 'wow' moment when the image popped up on the screen on the back of my camera. I couldn't wait to get home and see it on my computer - where it looked (to my eye) even better. I know this is not everyone's thing - but I love it!
